1.	What different kinds of gold and Jewelry does GoldBack2Cash accept?
A.	We accept all types of white and yellow gold from 10K – 24K. We also accept silver and platinum. We do not accept gold plated items. To find out more about the type of jewelry we accept, please see the “What we buy” page.

2.	Will there be any charge for the GoldBack2Cash Kit or any other hidden fees that I should be aware of?
A.	No, The GoldBack2Cash Mailing Kit is absolutely FREE and there are no hidden fees. Also included for FREE is insurance on your package up to $100 dollars (please see “Policies” section).

3.	Will I be provided with packaging to send my jewelry to GoldBack2Cash?
A.	Yes. You will be provided with the correct mailing package when you receive your GoldBack2Cash Mailing Kit. The provided envelope should be sufficient to fit most jewelry. Postage is prepaid for by us including $100 of insurance!

4.	Will my Gold or Jewelry be insured?
A.	We provide insurance for shipping for items valued up to $100. Anything over $100 will be paid for by the seller.

5.	Will I be told when GoldBack2Cash receives my jewelry?
A.	Yes, you will be sent an email as soon as your package arrives. Please allow approximately 10 business days for your package to get to us.

6.	How much will you pay me for my Gold and Jewelry?
A.	The prices that we will pay will depend on the current going rate of gold and the weight of the item. Please see “What we pay” to determine the approximate cash you will receive.

7.	If I feel that I did not receive enough cash back for my item, what do I do?
A.	Simply return the check to us within 10 days of receiving it and we will gladly return your gold and jewelry to you – no questions asked.

8.	Is it alright to use my own packaging?
A.	Yes, if you have any questions pertaining to the shipment of your product, please email us at Info@GoldBack2Cash.com or call us at (888) 828-4442 and we would be happy to assist you in any way.

9.	I would like to send some jewelry but I am not sure that it is real gold. Can I send it anyway?
A.	Yes, our expert appraisers will test your jewelry to verify that it is real. Please do not send jewelry that you know is not real.
